CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY ETIQUETTE

Having been in this industry for over 5 years and in countless homes fixing all manner of problems ive noticed some things from my clients.
Not having direct knowledge of how to fix your home systems Nor having the pricing knowledge to do such fixes (for repair AND labor) puts them at the MERCY OF THE CONTRACTOR. Ive seen it so so so many times, and i make it a point to NOT talk bad about another contractor. But it is getting unbelievable some of the situations contractors put their clients in.

PAY ATTENTION TO THIS ALL PEOPLE NEEDING TO HIRE A CONTRACTOR
YOU ARE PAYING FOR THEIR SERVICE, HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE FOR ISSUES IN SERVICE AND WORK

I say this because i work incredibly hard to maintain a stress-free situation while i am on the job at a client's home. My team and i fully respect your time and property.
If there is an aspect of the job that is not done to your satisfaction, we will fix it! Without making up 1,000 excuses or blaming someone else or just telling you no. And we will thank you for telling us of the mistake.

Contractors are inside your home, your safe space from the rest of the world. They should be incredibly respectful of that fact. Not maintaining a proper work schedule and timeline are just as disrespectful and waste your time.

Please keep all of this in mind when dealing with your contractor. And get multiple Quotes! IF you get a bad feeling about someone, just call someone else. There are alot of contractors out there, you do not have to "Deal with an attitude"
